Regal Fly Tying Vise, Project Healing Waters Special Edition
This vise was specially designed for PHWFF by the engineers at Regal and is made in the USA. It is based off the Regal Medallion series. The cam open/close mechanism is angled to provide for easier use as less strength is needed to open and includes standard jaws that hold all hooks from 1/0 to size 22, and the PHWFF pin is countersunk into the bronze base.
